Hi,
I am looking for a non religious (or inclusive of non religious students) private school in inner Melbourne for my son. Primary age right through to high school.

There are a large number of non-denominational schools in inner Melbourne that might be suitable for your son. Visit the link below to view all non-denominational schools in Melbourne Metro that are co-ed or boys only. But many schools with religious affiliations will also accept non-religious students.

You could also try searching via the Melbourne schools map link attached if you are looking for a school in a particular area of inner Melbourne.
