For over 100 years, Steiner schools have promoted a vision of education that centres on the well being of the individual and the growth of his or her potential. The Central Coast Steiner School offers a dynamic, creative and contemporary educational pathway within a caring community.

The Steiner tradition has a distinctive approach to the needs of the child. We enable children to fully experience the wonder of their childhood in an unhurried, unpressured environment. Creative self-directed play in kindergarten lays a healthy foundation for formal learning as well as the development of social skills and problem-solving skills.
Our primary school curriculum balances academic excellence, artistic experience and practical skills- the head, heart and hands. We celebrate individual effort and foster a sense of personal responsibility. A genuine love of learning inspires student achievement.
Our secondary students have a strong sense of rapport with their teachers and rise to their high expectations. They graduate as confident and compassionate individuals, well prepared to think creatively and act ethically.
This is a place where your child can flourish. I warmly invite you to come and experience our unique, inspiring school environment.
