At Edinburgh College, we pride ourselves on our welcoming environment welcoming students of all faiths and cultures. However, education is Bible-based Christ-centred and prioritises child safety. Our policies procedures and practices reflect the special character of Adventist Education.
Experience a holistic education that nurtures character promotes academic excellence and instils a commitment to service. Apply now and become a part of our legacy of over 60 years where excellence in Christian education has been our hallmark.
The educational activities of the College are designed to provide opportunities for all students to achieve their maximum development intellectually, spiritually, socially and physically.
The process of education involves the continued development of a set of values upon which all decisions depend. Christian Education seeks to enhance sensitivity to values that are in harmony with God's will. The development of character and personality based upon a love for God, unselfish concern for others and personal self-respect, are basic to all curricular objectives.
Seventh-day Adventists believe in the reality of God the Creator, and that we are created in God's image. We believe the aim of Christian Education is the restoration of the image of God in people through Jesus Christ.
We believe that an understanding of the world and ourselves is enhanced by an acceptance of the Bible as a measure of reality and truth. We have intelligent powers of choice and are accountable to God in every aspect of life.
Edinburgh College provides a broad and balanced curriculum that gives every student the opportunity to experience and excel in activities outside of the classroom.
Among these opportunities are a variety of musical, sporting, outdoor education, STEM, performing arts and communitity service activities.
