At Balcombe Grammar School we pride ourselves on our strong sense of community spirit – we are a connected community. Our School is small enough for each student to be personally known and recognised, yet large enough to offer an extensive range of opportunities that assist our students to grow and develop into well-rounded young adults. Our Learning and Wellbeing models, which are visible throughout our School Community and remind us daily of the key factors that are essential when aspiring to provide a stimulating and supportive learning environment both inside and outside the classroom.

• Confidence
• Inclusion
• Curiosity
• Optimism
• To provide a sustainable, inclusive, high-quality learning environment that creates opportunities for personal challenge and success.
The curriculum at Balcombe Grammar School is designed to support students' development into people who take increasing responsibility for their own physical well-being, learning, relationships with others and contribute to their local, national and global community.
At Balcombe Grammar, we are committed to providing a learning environment which nurtures and challenges each student to discover their potential, passion and purpose. We are looking to build on our innovative and community-focused initiatives which play a pivotal role in assisting our students to develop the fundamental skills necessary to form strong connections and thrive in our ever-changing world.

Throughout the year we schedule a number of school tours and open days for the Primary and Secondary School. Our school tours are conducted during normal school hours in order to show exactly how our school functions every day. During these tours we walk through the campus viewing the main facilities and visiting classrooms. All members of the family are welcome to attend.

Congratulations to the Class of 2025 on their outstanding results, released today. Everyone at Balcombe Grammar have been delighted by this cohort of students and the positive contributions they have made to our school, and now we are able to celebrate their success.
The headline is that we have had more students than in any year before gain an ATAR of at least 90. This year, 17 students achieved this remarkable result (from the 83 who completed a scored VCE).
The median ATAR was 74.95, and more than 80% of our scored students achieved an ATAR of at least 60, leaving them well placed to achieve their tertiary ambitions.
Balcombe Grammar School is located on the Mornington Peninsula 60 km south-east of Melbourne in Victoria, Australia (Melways Reference Map 151 C2).
The school has a public bus service that serves the community by providing transport to and from a number of suburbs.
