Berengarra School is an independent secondary school in Melbourne providing an alternative education for students who are disengaged from mainstream education.

A co-educational school for students in Years 7-12 who may experience anxiety, ADHD, autism, PDA, learning differences, school refusal, or social and emotional challenges. The school provides small class sizes, individual learning plans, and a trauma-informed learning environment for students who have not been successful in mainstream school settings.
Our Campuses and Curriculum

The school currently has two campuses in Box Hill and Chadstone. The Box Hill Campus caters for students in Years 7-10, and the Chadstone Campus is a senior campus for students in Years 11-12. Our highly experienced staff deliver the Victorian Curriculum, the Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC), the VCE Vocational Major (VM), Vocational Education and Training Certificates (VET), and School-Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships (SBATs).
