Chanel College is a secondary co-educational College committed to the development of the whole person – academic, spiritual, emotional, physical, social and cultural. We offer programs and opportunities to develop each of these dimensions. As a Catholic school, our Catholic Ethos and Catholic identity are very important to us. The College is built on the traditions of the Mercy Sisters and the Marist Brothers who are the founders of the College. Our aim is to provide a safe, caring environment where the students are valued for their own special gifts and talents.
Catering for students in Years 7-12, Chanel College is a Catholic co-educational secondary school that values learning, values people, and values diversity. Chanel College is committed to promoting the development of the whole person and to empowering each student to enjoy learning and to strive to achieve his/her personal best.
With a committed and proficient staff, excellent facilities, beautiful open spaces and expansive grounds, students at Chanel College have access to broad curriculum offerings and an array of learning opportunities. These include formal programs of study, co-curricular programs in the Arts, Music, cultural pursuits and sport. Students are also provided with opportunities to grow in knowledge and understanding of what it means to be people of faith who are called to live out the College motto, “To Live Justly.”
The College curriculum provides a wealth of opportunities for students to pursue a variety of career pathways. Vocational Education and Training (VET) Programs provide students with opportunities to be involved in Work Experience and School Based Traineeships and Apprenticeships.
