Growing Great Learners: Early Learning Information Evening
If you’re the parent of a child under the age of eight, this information session is for you.
In just one hour, senior St Margaret’s primary staff will provide you with important information, tips and strategies to take home to help you give your child’s learning a flying start.
With the focus on Prep to Year 2, presenters will talk about the critical importance of the development of foundational and early literacy and numeracy skills and how crucial these skills are for later academic attainment. They will share strategies that will support your child’s development of literacy and numeracy in the early years.
Light refreshments will be served. Babysitting will be available.
This is a free event, but attendees are required to register online at www.stmargarets.qld.edu.au for seating, catering and babysitting purposes.
All families will leave with an information pack about the tips and strategies shared on the night.
