The Dean of Senior School is focused on leadership and management of all teaching and administrative practices related to the Senior School. There is a specific focus on the use of data to inform the strategic direction of senior schooling and ensure the consistent delivery of authentic outcomes to senior students. This role has direct responsibility for overseeing efficient curriculum processes whilst also supporting the implementation of evidence-based pedagogical practices at the College.
