The application process for scholarships generally opens in October of each year with testing held the following February. Successful applicants are generally advised by April for commencement the following year.
Applications are welcomed from girls currently enrolled at Kambala or attending other schools at the time they apply.
Means-tested scholarships are granted based on academic merit and demonstrated financial need, which requires submission of supporting financial documents.
Candidates may apply for one or multiple scholarships, provided they meet the entry requirements.

Friday 7 February 2025 : Registrations close for Music Scholarships and Remote or Overseas applications.
Wednesday 12 February 2025 : Registrations close for ALL other Scholarships.
Saturday 22 February 2025 : Examinations will be held from 8.15-12.15pm. Music Scholarship auditions will be held in the afternoon.
