We warmly invite all Year 10 students currently attending SMGS or considering enrolling at SMGS in 2021, and their parents, to attend our Year 11 2021 Subject Selection Information Evening on Thursday 30 July, commencing at 6:00 pm via webinar.
An important transition:
At Snowy Mountains Grammar School, we understand the importance of equipping students and their parents with as much information and guidance as possible before they begin the transition to Stage 6 in their educational journey.
To help students through this significant transition, during our Year 11 Subject Selection Information Evening, our Director of Curriculum and Academic Development, Dr Darryl Nelson, will be providing information based on NESA guidelines. Attendees will also have the opportunity to speak to the Principal, Dr Andrew Bell and the SMGS Careers Advisor, Ms Emma Smith.
What we will cover:
The Year 11 2021 Subject Selection Information Evening is a perfect opportunity for students and parents to hear important information such as patterns of study for Year 11, HSC procedures, ATAR and scaling and learn more about course requirements so that students and parents are well informed when making decisions about subject choices for 2021.
