Scholarship and Bursary Applications for 2022 enrolment are now open!
Snowy Mountains Grammar School offers a limited number of Scholarships in the Senior School that are made available each year to students commencing in Years 7 to 11. Scholarships for Senior School students commencing in Years 7 to 11 are offered for the duration of a student’s remaining years at Snowy Mountains Grammar School until completion of Year 12.

Our Scholarship Program provides students from all around Australia with the opportunity to learn and grow in a unique alpine environment and to develop as well-rounded global citizens acting with courage and conviction as leaders of the future.
SMGS offers rigorous academic programs led by dedicated teaching professionals of the highest quality. Our school also offers unique co-curricular programs including Aviation (solo pilot’s licence and drone licence), Snowsports (all disciplines), Mountain Biking (downhill, trail and cross-country), Equestrian (beginner to elite), Music (individual and group), Arts, Drama, Digital Technology (robotics and coding), and so much more.

Boarding Bursaries Available
SMGS also considers and provides for a limited number of Bursaries for families who otherwise could not attend the School. These are means-tested and reflect the circumstances of the individual family situation involving financial hardship. Whilst a Bursary is not linked to any of student excellence, student applicants are expected to be of good character.
